Sorry to be an ignoramus, but what is RSS?
RSS is a type of feed aggragator. I'm no techie, but it searches for new posts. On this site, you can click on the little feedburner icon just above the links on the sidebar. It works through your browser so you don't have to visit a site to see if anything new is available. Hope that helps.
