I dont think we should get excited over a new TV programme. I come from the UK where the house bubble rolled over in May 2004. TV programming was dominated by "house makeover" and "property investment" shows for about 2 years before the rollover
Kind of reminds me of Maria Bartiromo of CNBC circa 2000. Worthless advice but I still think she's cute.
The thing to take from this is it's hosted by one of the floozies that got fired from The Apprentice. I guess Omarosa wasn't available.
Time to sell when beauty queens become TV real estate expurts...
