Mortgage Activity Down: MBA

For the week ended April 1st, overall loans were down. The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) web site, "The MBA today released its Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey..a decrease of 4.4 percent on a seasonally adjusted basis from one week earlier. On an unadjusted basis, the Index decreased 4.5 percent compared with last week and was down 35.1 percent compared with the same week one year earlier."
